Rabbi Nehemiah Rottenberg is an internationally recognized expert in kashrut, specializing in the supervision of hotel kitchens and high-end kosher accommodations in Europe. Based in Vienna since 2002, he has served as a community rabbi and directed the Beit Midrash Zehut. He collaborates with numerous Beth Din around the world and has been involved for over ten years in transforming hotels to enable them to meet the highest standards of kashrut, particularly for Passover and the summer seasons. His expertise is based on in-depth knowledge of industrial kitchens, kosher food products available in Europe, and meat and poultry supply chains under enhanced supervision. To this end, he relies on an experienced, rigorously selected team. Rabbi Rottenberg is currently a part-time rabbi in the Savion community in Israel and provides demanding and continuous supervision throughout the year, ensuring transparency, rigor, and trust.
